HR Executive


Roles & Responsibilities:

Design and implement overall recruiting strategy

Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives

Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.

Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.

Screen candidates resumes and job applications

Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Collaborating with management for identifying future staffing needs

Providing guidance and consultancy to new recruits and also helping them on-board


Requirements

Problem-solving skills

Honest, ethical, and dependable

Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable

Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field

Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and various HR software programs for Payroll etc.

Database Management skills

Hands on experience working with Application Tracking System
